Marking Malaysia's largest BYD owners gathering, BYD Sime Motors, the official distributor of BYD vehicles in Malaysia, brought together more than 800 attendees, including BYD owners, staff, partners and management through an exclusive two-day AllStar Legends experience. The event celebrated not only some of the world’s most iconic football stars, but also the spirit of dreamers and game changers who inspire progress.
The event featured former Premier League and international football stars, including Steven Gerrard, Michael Owen, Ryan Giggs, Alessandro Del Piero, Dida and Javier Saviola, giving BYD owners and their families the chance to meet the football icons through exclusive meet-and-greet sessions, a Legends Talk, Gala Dinner and the highly anticipated AllStar Legends match at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).
The experience began on 2 October with the visiting legends touring Kuala Lumpur, followed by appearances at BYD Glenmarie and BYD TREC Kuala Lumpur using BYD Vehicles. Throughout the weekend, owners enjoyed unique opportunities to engage personally with the football icons, hear their stories of determination and success, and celebrate a shared pursuit of excellence.
For many families, the highlight came before kick-off, when selected children from BYD-owning families walked onto the pitch alongside their football heroes as official player mascots, creating unforgettable memories for both young fans and parents alike.

Fatin, owner of a BYD SEALION 7 and a BYD Kid Mascot parent, shared, “We never imagined our child would have the opportunity to be part of something this special. Seeing him walk onto the pitch as a Kid Mascot alongside football legends in front of thousands of fans was an incredibly proud moment for us as parents.”
